About the performance:
In this collage of chamber music masterpieces, EPIC showcases some of the most incredible music for violin, cello and piano. Dvořák and Mendelssohn will make you laugh and cry, while Hindemith’s music will transport you to a different planet. And for the ending, we’ll hear music composed by Florence Price and Franz Joseph Haydn.
Violinist Timothy Peters, Associate Concertmaster of the Rochester Philharmonic, and acclaimed Pianist Qing Jiang join familiar stars Cellist Sophie Shao and Clarinetist Sergei Vassiliev.
