The Colorado Kids Ranch is located in the beautiful Pikes Peak Region of Colorado. Only a short drive from Colorado Springs or 35 minutes from South Denver, the Colorado Kids Ranch produces community events that can be enjoyed by people from various areas throughout the state.

Events range from a Tulip Festival in May, Summer Farm Camps, and our most well-known event, the Colorado Pumpkin Patch in September and October.

We also started a non-profit organization called Johnny Pumpkinseed that serves special needs, foster, and adoptive families during our pumpkin patch in the fall.

Colorado Kids Ranch Summer Camps

For our kid’s summer camps, we offer farm camp, horse camp and survival camp. We feel that agricultural education holds an important role in our society, and we love to share that knowledge with kids. These camps are fun, unique, and filled with a variety of activities around the farm. Kids are fully immersed in farm life during their time at summer camp! They will see all of our farm animals including Queen, one of our fun and sweet ponies, and Rosie, who may be one of the most popular and well-loved donkeys in Colorado! We have llamas, alpacas, goats, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, and turkeys too!

So, grab your boots and get on board! 2024 Farm, Horse and Survival Camps are coming soon! Outdoor adventure, education and happy, worn-out kids! Head on over to www.ColoradoKidsRanch.com for more details and to sign up!

Colorado Kids Ranch Horse CampWHAT HAVE PEOPLE SAID ABOUT OUR CAMPS:

“THANK YOU! This was hands down one of the best camps we have ever done. My girl’s love of animals has been confirmed and she still wants to be a vet/farmer even though that includes picking up poop every day! Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back next year!”

“My kids went to Farm Camp last week and had the time of their lives. They loved all the fun activities- shearing sheep, make butter and jams, feeding the animals- and so much more! Thank you!”

“FARM CAMP has been around for a handful of years and my son LOVES it every year!  While a few other Farm Camps have popped up in Black Forest, I do believe the success of them being one of the first Farm Camps in Northern El Paso County paved the way.”

“Farm camp sounds like exactly the kind of experience my daughters are craving!”

“Thank you so much for a great week for my kiddos! They had a blast and we loved all of the stories – and goodies – they brought home each day. They have done a lot of camps and said it ranks in their top 3 ever. “

“My child is absolutely loving camp this week.  It’s been such a blessing. He has nothing but positive things to say. He keeps asking if he can do the camp next year.”

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!
