Early Intervention program through The Resource Exchange provides supports and services to children with developmental delays or disabilities and their families from birth until the child’s third birthday in El Paso, Teller and Park counties. As a non-profit, Early Intervention services are offered wherever your child spends time and is at NO cost to families.
