At British Swim School of North Colorado Springs and Douglas County, we don’t just teach swim lessons. We teach water survival skills. Our curriculum-based program begins with the foundation of water survival first, followed by learn-to-swim programs. And while our students recognize that swimming is a lifelong, lifesaving skill, we also make learning exciting through a structured program of songs, games and fun!

Savvy Keys is a small music studio located in central Colorado Springs offering private piano and cello lessons at $15 per half hour, as well as a group music class for kids ages 3-5 at $10 per half hour class. Savvy Keys strives to be flexible and work around the clients’ schedules, to work with each student as an individual and adjust her teaching accordingly, while trying to develop in the students a love for, and enjoyment of music, rather than just the ability to make it. Parents can expect their kids to to be introduced to reading music, rhythm, interpreting and expressing the music, ear training, finger exercises, and theory. French Classes for Kids in Colorado Springs!
Springs French teaches French to kids using the Music Lingua curriculum. This unique method teaches foreign languages to young children when they are most capable of learning a second language through the use of music, movements, drama, storytelling and art.

Woodmen Hills Metro District, Parks and Recreation offers a wide range of recreational programming and facilities. At the heart of our District are two recreation facilities, The Recreation Center East, and Community Center West. The RCE amenities include an indoor 6-lane lap pool, a warm water play pool, an indoor basketball court, cardio equipment, and a weight room. Our CCW location has a 24-hour access weight room with cardio equipment, rental spaces for events, an outdoor playground, outdoor sand volleyball, pavilion rental, and an outdoor seasonal pool.
For our outdoor enthusiasts, the district has 8 miles of trails, 4 playgrounds, pickleball courts, 18-hole disc golf, an artificial turf field, multiple basketball courts, and a BMX park.

Our classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Winter/Summer classes are from 5:30pm – 10:00pm and Fall/Spring are from 8:00am – 12:30pm.

Space Foundation Home Study Program
This school year will have a different meaning to the word “Homeschool.” We at Space Foundation Discovery Center will spend this year considering EVERY student a “Home Study” student, whether in school, attending virtually or enrolled in a formal homeschooling program. Space Foundation Discovery Center’s Home Study Program will focus on how we will be assisting parents and families to educate their K-12 students in Science Standards through Space as a lens for the 3 Sciences: Earth & Space, Physical, and Life Sciences.
