Charlie Health is an evidence-based mental health primary and co-occurring Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program for 11-34 Year Olds. We serve a broad range of patients, including individuals who are discharged directly from the Emergency Department or in-patient care, as well as those who require a step up from outpatient therapy.

– 9-11 Hours of Therapy per week. (9 Hours of Group, 1 Hour of individual, and 1 hour of group)
– Group Therapy – Patients have personalized treatment plans that are placed in a curated group of peers who they can relate to, which enhances their experience and improves their outcomes. The 9 hours of group therapy is split into 3 days (Mon-Sat) and offered in the mornings or evenings for what is going to best fit your schedule. This allows those kids to feel heard and connected.
– Family Engagement – Individual and Family Therapy is available for every patient and we have family support groups offered every weekday.

For those looking to give birth in a birth center, With the option of a water birth and a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), And provide additional support and care in women’s health with services like Family planning, preconception counseling, annual exams & mental health care. I truly love what I do more than I can express. I am available to my patients when I am in town coming in to care for them day or night. I truly enjoy the fact that for a great many of my patients, I have delivered all of their children, some families as many as six. I am humbled by the fact that many of my patients bring their mothers, sisters, daughters and friends to see me. I have assisted in the birth of over 6,400 children, of many my own patients in my 20 years in Colorado Springs, and hope to be blessed enough to participate in 6,400 more. I enjoy teaching medical students of all levels, and I impress on them the importance of getting to know your patients. Patient safety and care are always my number one goal.
