At British Swim School of North Colorado Springs and Douglas County, we don’t just teach swim lessons. We teach water survival skills. Our curriculum-based program begins with the foundation of water survival first, followed by learn-to-swim programs. And while our students recognize that swimming is a lifelong, lifesaving skill, we also make learning exciting through a structured program of songs, games and fun!
Our mission is to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer. We aim to instill within our students a love and respect for water, and to foster abilities that can translate into lifelong enjoyment. Whether you’re looking for swimming classes for babies, toddlers, kids, or adults, British Swim School of North Colorado Springs and Douglas County offers a variety of swim lessons for all ages and skill levels. Be it water acclimation for your Tadpole or growing independence and survival skills as a Minnow, there’s a program for everyone. Learn more about all of our swim programs and levels from infant through to adult classes.

My Gym was born out of our passion to teach children in a fun, physically engaging environment. We delighted in seeing children’s eyes light up for all those incredible milestones, from the tentative first steps to tumbling down soft mats. Sharing the parents’ excitement at their children’s accomplishments was the high point of our day.
Our goal: To create an environment where children feel loved and supported so their self-esteem and confidence can flourish. Now, more than 35 years later, we’re proud to say that all children of all abilities can succeed and thrive at My Gym.
The City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department Youth Sports Program philosophy is to instill a positive attitude, sportsmanship, basic fundamentals, confidence, and high moral standards. Youth Sports Programs develop the physical, psychological, and social aspects for youth. Our programs emphasize participation, fun, sportsmanship, and promotes a non-competitive, recreational approach to sports. Participants, parents, and coaches are expected to support this value system.
TOT Weekly Preschool Classes
Weekly classes are the core of our Preschool Program!
Every week a TOT instructor will teach your child athletics, academics, and agility. The classes are focused around improving your child’s physical and mental growth through movement and music. TOT uses the perfect mixture of physical movement, hand-eye coordination, and brain use to maximize the growth of your preschooler.
Each TOT Superstar will have the opportunity to perform twice during the year.
First at a TOT Halftime Performance. Your child will get the opportunity to perform at mid-court showing off all their new TOT ball handling and dribbling skills! We are not sure who gets a bigger kick out of this event… the kids or the parents! It is a blast watching your child on the court!
We end the year with our TOT Preschool Program Grand Finale, our Shine Time Exhibit.
We want you to know exactly what your child has learned over the past 9 months. You will get to see first hand how TOT has improved your child’s confidence and coordination. The results will blow you away!

Our CCW location has a 24-hour access weight room with cardio equipment, rental spaces for events, an outdoor playground, outdoor sand volleyball, pavilion rental, and an outdoor seasonal pool.
For our outdoor enthusiasts, the district has 8 miles of trails, 4 playgrounds, pickleball courts, 18-hole disc golf, an artificial turf field, multiple basketball courts, and a BMX park.
The park has a ranch theme with elements designed to resemble what would be traditionally found on a homestead; including:

Space Foundation Home Study Program
This school year will have a different meaning to the word “Homeschool.” We at Space Foundation Discovery Center will spend this year considering EVERY student a “Home Study” student, whether in school, attending virtually or enrolled in a formal homeschooling program. Space Foundation Discovery Center’s Home Study Program will focus on how we will be assisting parents and families to educate their K-12 students in Science Standards through Space as a lens for the 3 Sciences: Earth & Space, Physical, and Life Sciences.

At Like to Love Parenting LLC, we believe in the magic of parenthood. The beauty that is found in the deep connection between a parent and child. The glowing confidence of a mother or father who knows in their soul that they are good enough. And more, that they are excellent, complex, and imperfect human beings that are intent on learning, growing, and forever becoming the parents they long to be. We believe in developing strong relationships within our families. Instilling values in our children that will last far beyond our own lifetime. And enjoying it all more than we ever imagined. We are dads and moms who will change what it means to love parenting.
We offer individual and group coaching, workshops and events, and online courses for relationship-based parenting. See website for more information.
