I’m Erika Weber, a registered dietitian and trained chef with over 7 years of experience working in the nutrition field. I help folks nourish their bodies and improve their reproductive health. In my practice, I specialize in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition. I practice with a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach using an intuitive eating framework.

I recognize that food can be a significant source of stress, especially at certain stages of life. My aim is to put an end to you scouring the internet and social media for answers and instead serve as your personal nutrition expert.
