Baby Cotton Bottoms was born out of a love of cloth diapering and babywearing dating back even before the conception of our first daughter, Aurora. I helped to cloth diaper my sister nearly 30 years ago with flats, pins, and harsh rubber pants, and when I learned what had become of cloth diapers and baby carriers in the last decade or so I was elated! I came home from work one day over six years ago to tell my husband that our future children were going to use these amazing new things I learned about on the Internet. My first “fluff” purchase arrived at our house when I was only two months pregnant and I was hooked. About four months after our daughter was born, my husband, who took sole responsibility of diaper laundry at the time, randomly said to me, “Honey, this is probably one of the best ideas you’ve had.” And he was the poop washer! These diapers were soft, cozy, clean, environmentally responsible, and cute, and it just felt good to put such a nice diaper on our cherished little one every time we changed her. And how many people actually have fun buying or changing disposable diapers? None, I tell you!

We are a food truck and trailer fabrication company founded and run by engineers. Every food truck or food trailer we build is methodically designed based on your inputs using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software with careful calculations to make sure everything works great. We take a lot of pride in the process of making our candles. We only use 100% soy wax which is from environmentally friendly, renewable resources mixed with clean candle fragrances free of carcinogens, phthalate, parabens, and reproductive toxins. Trailridge Trading candles are truly unique because we blend fragrances together to create a custom scent that is directly inspired by a place, a memory or a feeling that is personal to us.
From start to finish we wanted Trailridge Trading to be truly handmade. We decided to hand mix and pour all of our cement vessels. During that process we add color cement pigment so that our vessels compliment the candle scent. After the candle is poured we top it with a dust cover that we designed and cut here in our home.

I’m married to my best friend and have two adorable little girls with the sweetest little personalities ever. As for photography, I offer on location photo sessions and I have a comfortable studio for my precious newborn clients. I like my clients to feel comfy and not like they are at a mall studio where they are rushed or treated like a dime a dozen…I’ve had those experiences. I will keep shooting until I feel like I’ve gotten the best images I can. You will often hear me say, “Okay, just one more” and I’ll shoot 20 more pictures! My style is fun, colorful and fresh.
